A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist - Part time.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments and educate clients about services and benefits via phone and chat
Perform risk triage and escalate issues to clinical teams as necessary
Manage high-volume inbound calls and chats while prioritizing client safety and wellbeing
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in customer support or a high-touch service role
Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for improving mental health care and leveraging technology for access to therapies
Prior experience in healthcare or a technology environment preferred
