A company is looking for a People and Culture Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide internal customer service by supporting employees and managers with HR inquiries and developing self-service resources
Enhance employee experience by identifying improvement opportunities and gathering insights on employee opinions
Manage the HRIS by ensuring data integrity, building reports, and preparing training materials for end users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or HRIS roles
3+ years of Paylocity HRIS administration experience required
Experience in SaaS or legal services environments preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
