Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles.

Pay Range : $16.00 - $24.00

Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities

Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical.

Change oil and / or transmission fluid and filters.

Install and perform tire maintenance.

Install batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and check electrical systems.

Road test vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.

Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Reading, writing, and math skills.
