Title : Tax Manager

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities.

They will collaborate closely with clients, lead a team of tax professionals, and provide strategic guidance on tax matters to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing processes for clients.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Review and analyze complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on tax-related matters.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Master’s degree or CPA (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
• Proven track record in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US
