Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare and clinical trial systems to join our dynamic on-site team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about improving clinical outcomes through robust system design, seamless integrations, and process optimization.
As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare clients by translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions. You will analyze, design, and implement systems that support the full lifecycle of clinical trials, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
Design and maintain detailed process flows , data mappings , and system interface specifications to support clinical trial operations.
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes and system workflows , ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and enhancement of clinical trial systems.
Provide expert guidance in system integration, data interoperability, and workflow automation.
Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security standards within a healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience as a System Analyst , ideally within a healthcare technology environment.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Clinical Trial Systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IWRS / IRT).
Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows, regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ICH-GCP), and data governance.
Proficiency in documenting functional specifications , business requirements , and technical designs .
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
