Lead Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for children, focusing on early childhood education and development.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to enhance children's learning experiences
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to support child welfare and behavioral health needs
- Lead classroom activities, including circle time, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
- Implement early intervention strategies when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working in childcare
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education
- Knowledge of behavioral health techniques for young children
- Familiarity with learning technology tools for educational purposes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
