Job Description

Be the liaison between the customer and the organization for all internal and external quality complaints.

Track all complaints and corrective actions, manage RMA's and RMNCR's.

Review both internal and external issues and working to prevent issues in the future.

Manage all surveys and report requests from customers. Manage change of control requests as needed.

Review QAs with the appropriate departments.

Responsible for creating and developing internal quality documents and PPAP packages.

Perform Dock and QMS audits as well as maintain calibration records and ensure they are up to date.

Manage and track internal and external Quality Metrics

Other quality related and cross functional work as necessary

The Successful Applicant

2-3 years of quality engineering experience

Working knowledge of IATF16949 / Automotive industry required

Bachelors degree in engineering or technical field strongly preferred

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents

PPAP / APQP experience

5S / Lean principle knowledge

Experience with Metal Fabrication / Machining REQUIRED - plating / finishing a plus

Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus
