Job description

Well established financial services firm seeks an excellent office manager crucial to the success of the business. Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
  • Handle document filing, data entry, and bookkeeping accounts payable / receivable
  • Support the office staff with admin tasks as needed
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus
  • 1+ years of administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive attitude
