First Shift Commercial Flooring Crew Chief

Work Schedule :

Monday - Friday : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM Plus On-Call Rotation

What You'll Do

• Lead and train your crew to deliver high-quality floor care
• Set the pace with clear communication, high standards, and safe practices
• Handle job site prep, carpet and hard surface cleaning, furniture moving, and equipment operation
• Assist with residential carpet cleaning when commercial workload allows
• Use company systems to manage job details and ensure readiness
• Keep your vehicle and job sites clean, organized, and stocked
• Respond to emergency jobs during on-call rotation
