Position Summary

Kelso Industries is looking for a hands-on, strategic-minded Director of Safety to build a world-class safety program from the ground up. This is not a plug-and-play safety role, we need someone passionate about creating structure, setting standards, and driving cultural change. Youll work closely with operating company (OpCo) leaders across our portfolio to implement a scalable, effective, and field-driven safety approach that protects our people and reflects our commitment to operational excellence.
