Purpose of Role

The Manager, FP&A Corporate Services plays a critical role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency across Under Armour's Corporate Services functions. This role partners closely with functional leaders in areas such as HR, Legal, Facilities, Corporate Communications, and the office of the CFO to provide strategic financial guidance, ensure budgetary discipline, and support controllership excellence.

Your Impact

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Corporate Services departments
• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify key drivers, trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health and operational effectiveness across Corporate Services

Base Compensation

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
