Job Opportunity : Research Assistant / Executive Assistant

Our client, an asset management firm, is seeking a Research Assistant / Executive Assistant to join their company. The hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 30pm Monday through Thursday and 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Friday. This role is onsite to start in Manhattan, with Fridays remote after a 3-month training period.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference logistics
• Book detailed travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
• Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
• Maintain and update contact lists, company files, and research materials
• Collaborate with other assistants to ensure consistent team coverage and support
