STAFF OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Job Description and Duties
Are you looking for a fast pace environment that has impact to the enterprise, then we have the job for you. The Administration Services Division is looking for an individual to work in the fast-pace environment of Worksite Security.
Under the genenral direction of the Worksite Security Manager (Administrator II), the incumbent is responsible for working collaboratively and pro-actively in an environment to help ensure the safety and security of Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and administer worksite security programs and policies.
This includes our Central Office Campus and all Field Offices nationwide. The incumbent will manage multiple security related contracts and will become the subject matter expert in the use of advanced technologies to maintain security operations on a 24X7X365 basis.
This job also includes implementation of security measures to safeguard and protect the Department’s assets and physical resources.
The incumbent conducts confidential investigations, provides consultative services as it relates to security measures and crime prevention and acts as liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement and assists with the control of the daily operations and functions of the contract security services for all FTB locations.
