About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Credit Closing Specialist to play a pivotal role in the execution of commercial real estate debt transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan closing process, serving as the primary internal contact for all closing-related matters, and ensuring the timely and professional execution of transactions. This includes coordinating with legal, due diligence, and third-party teams, as well as maintaining active oversight on multiple simultaneous closings. The role demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial real estate loan closing, credit operations, or legal transactions, with a background in institutional closing processes. A deep understanding of loan documentation, structuring, and regulatory considerations in commercial real estate lending is essential. The role requires strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of collaborating across teams to support pipeline tracking, internal reporting, and process improvements, and will be adept at evaluating a range of transaction types within the specified loan size and leverage parameters.
