RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
The Office Administrator will greet and assist all in-person visitors and answer phonesEnsure reporting and paperwork is correct by properly entering necessary dataThe Office Administrator will coordinate schedules, office events, and vendorsMaintain office supplies and organize office eventsEXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR :
Must have prior experience in a similar capacityMust be able to prioritize and multitask with a good attitudeExperience with Office Suite products is requiredPay is $45-50k, DOE
