Job Summary
Enters data into the Division's database systems, maintains records, and assists with database quality assurance tasks. Processes and monitors the quality and consistency of data. Provides information by assisting with methods of collecting and retrieving data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field, plus one (1) year of related experience in data or data processing; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Must pass a required pre-employment background check in accordance with County Human Resources policy requirements.
Essential Functions
Provides basic quality assurance functions to ensure data integrity.Provides training for system users to ensure information is entered correctly.Assists the Quality Assurance Manager in providing help desk services for system users.Uses quality control to identify opportunities for training.Assists in collecting data by identifying sources of information and designing survey and collection methods for users.Enters data into Division database system.Generates reports for users from the database.Responds to Point of Business (OB) / help requests for data correction(s) and provides guidance to users.Knowledge
