Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven AP Analyst with NetSuite experience to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensure accurate invoice processing, and support financial integrity across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AP workflows, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings hands-on experience using NetSuite for invoice entry, vendor management, and reporting. This position offers excellent growth potential within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP transactions, including invoice entry, coding, and three-way matching
• Manage vendor accounts, including onboarding, updates, and issue resolution
• Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and handle month-end close tasks within NetSuite
• Monitor outstanding payables, prepare payment runs, and ensure timely disbursements
• Maintain accurate documentation and organize invoices, expense reports, and supporting files
• Assist with account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries related to AP
• Support internal controls and contribute to AP process improvements
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or payment issues
