VoCoVo is a rapidly growing telecoms company, providing an integrated software and hardware solution to some of the biggest names in retail with customers across the globe.

We are now looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead a professional sales team within the Northern America region. To ensure the continuous development and performance of a team of BDM’s, Account Directors, and Account Managers.

Responsibilities

Run weekly 1 : 1s with your team

Mentor and lead your team on a daily basis offering feedback and support

Report monthly financial figures to the senior leadership team

Give accurate and up-to-date stock forecasting

Hold regular meetings with the team to ensure performance expectations are being met

Feedback to the sales director on a regular basis of team performance

Lead by example offering training and support to individual team members

Onboard new staff members effectively ensuring that thorough training and induction processes are followed

Giving all new starters opportunity to succeed

Support all sales teams when required for key client visits

Organise regular training sessions to ensure the team has all required skills and knowledge to succeed

Requirements

  • Experience in working with the US Tier 1 retail sales industry.
  • This person will be tenacious and a reliable pair of hands.
  • This person will demonstrate a positive overall attitude and evidence positive energy and stamina having dealt with long sales cycles.
  • This person will be proactive in their learning and understanding of VoCoVo and its products.
  • This person will have strong time management skills.
  • This person will show they are dependable and work with integrity.
  • They will be trust-worthy and adaptable.
