Disbursement Clerk

CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION

Job Description :

The Disbursement Clerk will assist in the processing of payments and collection of lien waivers for construction projects disbursed by Old Republic.

This position requires daily in-office attendance in the St Louis, MO office. Not open to remote applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Set up new projects in our proprietary computer system.
• Submit requests for funds for disbursing projects.
• Notify payees of pending payments and the posting of payments for various construction projects.
• Process mail and release payments.
• Assist customers with questions regarding the payment process.
• Direct contact with customers, payees, and lenders including answering phones, emails and assisting in office.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical / Mental Demands :

Sedentary work : The majority of activity in this position involves sedentary work including sitting, standing, walking and the occasional need to lift or move objects.
