Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview:

Support the HR department with monthly presentations, employee relations, benefits, training, and gain knowledge of day-to-day within the HR department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create monthly meetings and present to employees

Employee relations, benefits, HRIS

Support the HR department as needed

Qualifications:

Understanding of HIPAA & human resource daily activities

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma

Currently Attending a College or University

HR Internship

Special Knowledge / Skills:

Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)

Self Motivated, Quick Learning, Hard Worker

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
