As a Landscaper at Walmart's new Home Office, you'll help shape and maintain the outdoor spaces that welcome associates and visitors every day. This role gives you the opportunity to apply your horticulture and landscaping skills to keep our grounds healthy, clean, and visually appealing.

About the Landscaping Team : Our Landscaping Team plays a vital role in creating outdoor spaces that are both inviting and sustainable. We focus on maintaining vibrant, healthy landscapes that reflect Walmart's commitment to community and environmental stewardship. As part of the team, you'll directly influence how our green spaces look, feel, and function for everyone who visits.

What you'll do :

• Own and manage assigned landscape areas, using horticulture methods and techniques.
• Plant, cultivate, fertilize, water, and prune flowers, plants, and trees to keep spaces thriving.
• Perform routine landscape maintenance, including perennial cutbacks, managing weeds, blowing leaves, mulching, and anything else required to keep the properties looking exceptional.
• Identify and resolve pest or disease issues using appropriate solutions.
• Partner with teammates to coordinate assignments, share resources, and meet goals.
