Auburn Advancement is excited to begin the search for a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our Operations and Strategy team! In this position, you’ll manage and optimize digital content and SEO strategies to enhance the visibility, user experience, and effectiveness of Advancement websites, while collaborating across teams to support engagement and strategic goals.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead with Vision Leads the execution of SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing site structure and metadata, and collaborating with content teams to improve visibility and align digital efforts with long-term institutional goals.
• Engage and Inspire Independently manages and updates diverse content within the Content Management System (CMS) such as campaign pages, event listings, and blogs. Ensuring quality, accessibility, and consistency to enhance audience engagement.
• Drive Impactful Fundraising Coordinates with Advancement stakeholders to align web experiences with strategic messaging and campaign priorities, supporting navigation, layout, and storytelling that drive donor interest and conversion.
• Champion Philanthropy Supports philanthropic initiatives through digital channels by providing backup on email marketing, content audits, and analytics reporting, enhancing the team’s responsiveness and overall campaign impact.
• Advance Strategic Initiatives Monitors and analyzes website performance using tools like Google Analytics to generate actionable insights that inform content strategy, optimize user experience, and support Advancement’s broader digital objectives.
