Ironside is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead growth efforts across the New England territory.

What You’ll Do Identify and pursue new logo opportunities while serving as the primary point of contact for existing clients—ensuring strong relationships, high satisfaction, and long-term account expansion.
Facilitate thoughtful discovery by asking the right questions, understanding business drivers, and identifying true customer value and requirements.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Ironside’s data, analytics, AI / ML, and cloud solutions.
Create innovative approaches to shorten the sales cycle while maintaining a customer-first experience.
Partner with Marketing on trade shows, webinars, regional events, and partner-driven programs.
Help develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan across New England.
What You Bring (Your Proven Track Record) Strong understanding of solution selling along with the business value of AI / ML, data analytics, BI, and cloud technologies (A good understanding of AWS is a plus).
Demonstrated history of building long-term relationships with enterprise customers and channel partners.
Consistent success meeting and exceeding sales quotas in enterprise sales environments. 5–7+ years selling enterprise solutions to IT and business leaders in mid-market and large organizations, ideally within New England.
Solid technical acumen with the ability to translate complex solutions into meaningful business outcomes.
Experience using modern, innovative sales, marketing, and business development techniques.
Additional Qualifications A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with internal teams.
Experience engaging, influencing, and persuading senior decision-makers across both IT and business lines.
The ability to act as an internal advocate for customer needs—balancing client goals with Ironside’s best interests.
A genuine passion for customer value, understanding pain points, and delivering solutions that solve real business problems.
