Position Summary
As the Director of Product Management for Harness Feature Management & Experimentation (FME), you will own the vision and execution of our core product strategy. You'll lead a team of product managers and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver capabilities that enable faster, safer software delivery through feature management and experimentation. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product expertise and has high visibility across Harness executive leadership.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $230,000 and $255,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
