We are seeking a dynamic individual who will maintain a multi-family property near Catalina ,AZ . As a Service Technician, you will perform maintenance to ensure the physical aspects of the units, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property which meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Responsibilities :

• Performs assigned work orders, as well as preventative maintenance on the property.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris.
• Documents work orders in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains proper inventory of materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items.
• Ensures to consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
• Remains available for on-call duties as needed.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.
• Valid operator’s license.
• Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds

• A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Valid operator’s license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company’s policy at all times.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.

• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and other equipment.
• Ability to lift or to move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to various chemical compounds.
