The Role
We’re seeking a Head of Brand to lead the creative and strategic vision for TALA across all channels. This person will shape how TALA is seen, felt, and experienced from our visual identity and content to the stories we tell and the communities we build.
As the brand’s creative lead, you’ll develop and execute campaigns, guide visual storytelling, and ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to evolve TALA’s narrative and translate our lifestyle philosophy into a cohesive, emotionally resonant brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own TALA’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency and distinction across all platforms.
- Travel to TALA properties to produce and capture photo and video content that highlights design, culture, and lifestyle.
- Manage the content calendar, capturing photography, videography, and post-production to deliver premium, on-brand creative assets.
- Lead social media and community engagement, serving as the voice and face of the brand to residents and followers.
- Curate brand experiences and events across our network, designed to engage residents and amplify the TALA lifestyle.
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that expand reach and align with TALA’s ethos.
- Conduct brand performance analysis and market research to inform creative direction and drive awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, design, and operations to ensure brand alignment in all areas of the business.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or content production, ideally within lifestyle, travel, or hospitality sectors.Strong skills in photography, videography, and content editing, with a keen eye for aesthetic and detail.Deep understanding of social media trends, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.Graphic design expertise is essential; experience with motion design or animation is a plus.Proven ability to develop and scale a brand’s visual and emotional identity.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Self-starter mindset — a creative problem solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments.What Success Looks Like
