Job Summary

Lead the charge in delivering exceptional hospitality at one of the South's premier sports and entertainment venues. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations and premium services, ensuring seamless coordination, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences. You will develop strategic plans, guide teams toward achieving performance goals, and uphold Levy's commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of management experience in food service or premium hospitality operations

Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams

Strong financial acumen and experience with budget oversight

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems

Key Responsibilities

Direct venue operations to ensure consistent delivery of premium experiences

Lead and develop management and hourly teams

Manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting

Maintain compliance with company and venue standards

Partner with client representatives to align business goals

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in operations
