Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract) – Bee Cave, TX
Client : LHH
Schedule : hybrid, Tuesday–Thursday, in-office
Contract Duration : 2–3 months
Pay : $28-30 / hr, depending on recent relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices for payment and maintain AP records
Issue and track purchase orders
Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets
Respond to vendor and employee inquiries
Assist with discrepancy reconciliation and 1099 preparation
Support monthly closings, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
5+ years of accounts payable experience
College degree preferred but not required
Experience handling high volumes of invoices
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
High integrity, initiative, and adaptability
Interested candidates should be available to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday and ready to jump into a dynamic team environment.
Pay Details : $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
