About the Position

MaineHealth Urology in Biddeford is seeking a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to join our dedicated and patient-centered team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients-providing outstanding customer service, scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and supporting our providers in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every individual who visits our office.

This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8 : 00 am-4 : 30 pm) and the opportunity to work alongside a compassionate and experienced care team. The ideal candidate will bring at least six months of medical clerical experience and a passion for supporting patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

About Our Team

Our steady-paced urology practice includes 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) . We care for both male and female patients with a wide range of urologic conditions - from urinary incontinence to prostate cancer.

Our office prides itself on excellence in patient care, teamwork, and a supportive environment. We're located right next to the Eastern Trail in Biddeford - a perfect spot for a refreshing walk during lunch breaks. • Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience : Six months of medical office experience required.
