Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Natural Gas Superintendent to lead and oversee our natural gas operations. As a startup, we value entrepreneurial spirit and industry connections. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of natural gas facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate field operations, including pipeline maintenance, inspections, and project execution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Leverage industry contacts to secure contracts, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, and state regulations).
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field technicians and support staff.
  • Provide regular reports on operational performance and project progress to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in natural gas operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Industry Network : Proven ability to secure contracts or business opportunities through established industry contacts.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of natural gas systems, pipeline operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Certifications : Relevant certifications (e.g., API, NACE, or OSHA) are a plus.
