Executive Chef
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for our upscale restaurant group. Our ideal candidate has multi-unit culinary management experience in a fine-dining setting and can hold their own in a high-volume fine-dining kitchen.
Executive Chef Responsibilities :
- Oversight of all culinary operations for 2 fine-dining restaurants
- Hold teams accountable to a high level of quality
- Develop SOPs and standards for sanitation, safety, preparation, and presentation
- R&D for new menu items and new concepts
Executive Chef Qualifications :
- Must have at least two years of multi-unit culinary management experience
- Must have fine-dining independent restaurant culinary experience
- Must be willing to relocate to Cincinnati
