Description About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior IT Solutions Specialist to join our IT team in a fast-paced additive manufacturing environment. This pivotal role provides advanced technical support, serving as the final escalation point for complex issues across systems, networks, and applications—including those critical to high-performance engineering and digital manufacturing workflows.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of IT's role in supporting modern manufacturing technologies. You will deliver executive-level support, ensure the reliability of mission-critical infrastructure, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain seamless operations in a digitally driven production ecosystem.

This is a fully onsite position, based at our corporate headquarters in Rock Hill, SC, where in-person collaboration, real-time support, and active engagement with our team and company culture are essential to success.
