Role MicrosoftO365 Platform Admin.

Thisrole requires the individual to be competent in understandingMicrosoft O365 email transport engine and standards forPOP / IMAP / SMTP and play a role of exchange online admin who hasassigned the responsibility to manage companys emails includingrecovery and mailbox standard sharing policies / standards.

JobDescription :

• Strong Expertise inadministering Microsoft 365 Exchange Onpremises Exchange Hybrid andProofpoint.
• Experience and understanding ofmail transport fundamentals (POP / IMAP / SMTP) including knowledge ofDNS Message Trace Tools MX and SPF Records Block Lists SPAM EmailFiltering and Virus Protection.
• Createdetailed documentation based on the projectrequirements.
• Experience in working on LargeM365 environment and able to handle all M365 workloads such as MSTeams SharePoint Exchange Online Azure AD etc.
• Experience in working on Azure AD Conditionalaccess.
• Ability to work with vendors such asMicrosoft / Proofpoint to resolve issues provide RCA improve productperformance and end user experience.
• Experience in scripting using PowerShell for Microsoft365 and Exchange Server.
• Good understanding ofExchange Federation Directory Synchronization and Identityfederation between Exchange servers at onpremises andM365.
• Possesses broad knowledge base ofMicrosoft 365 technical architecture and the inter dependencieswith other enterprise services in Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting mail flow relatedissues.
• Experience withimplementation / configuration of M365 messaging and collaborationtools including Exchange Hybrid.
• Experiencewith onpremise Active Directory Azure Active Directory and Hybriddeployments.
• Implementation of advancedfunctions of M365 Security and Compliance center MicrosoftFederation Integration with Office 365 Azure
• Administration of advanced functions of M365 Security andCompliance center Microsoft Federation Integration with Office 365Azure and Identity Management.

• Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion bykeeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the properescalation processes via ticketing system.
• Familiar with application monitoring tools reviewing logfiles and be available on occasion for off hours emergency supportfor critical applications / upgrade.
