Sign Installer/Crane Operator
Overview :
We are currently seeking a skilled Sign Installer / Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining various signage for commerical properties, aswell as operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
The ideal candidate is not afraid of heights and possesses a strong understanding of sign installation and techniques.
Duties :
- Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
- Install a variety of signage.
- Prepare installation sites.
- Perform routine maitenance and repair tasks on existing signage as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all crane operations.
- Perform routine maitenance checks on cranes to ensure proper functioning.
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Interpret load charts and calculate crane capacities.
Qualfications :
- Proven experience as a crane operator
- Proven experience as a sign installer.
- Valid Crane Operator certification or license
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with ground crew effectively.
