Responsibilities
- Bank management : handling the bank, deposits, inquiries, payment preparation, reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Preparing weekly cash flow report.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monthly & quarterly reporting and preparation of reporting packages.
- Reviewing and monitoring employee expense reports.
- Support for necessary regulatory and government filings (tax returns, sales tax, etc.)
- Office management & admin support – equipment, supplies and other external parties on various office related matters.
Qualifications
Experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a strong background in financial recordkeepingProven ability to work independently and take initiative in managing day-to-day tasksHighly motivated, dependable, and accountable professionalExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
