Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our managers and partners by delivering tax services. Your time will be balanced between compliance and tax planning, while you interact directly with our clients. You will focus on corporate returns and provision work, as well as have the chance to work with flow-through entities such as partnerships.
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for U.S. corporations and some partnerships, including foreign reporting for cross-border tax compliance.
Conduct tax research, draft tax memoranda, and assist in quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.
Identify and communicate significant tax matters to senior team members.
Develop relationships and collaborate with other service lines and subject matter experts.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, tailoring services to their unique needs.
Explain complex tax issues to non-tax professionals and clients.
Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a reputation for excellence in your field.
Recognize risks and opportunities for enhancing our services and processes.
Skills and Attributes for Success
To qualify for this role, you should have :
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with experience in tax, business, or financial planning.
Eligibility for CPA certification or membership in The Bar.
Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions.
Strong collaboration and negotiation abilities, with the confidence to engage colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
A minimum of 3 years of professional services or tax organization experience.
A commitment to continuous learning and development.
Proficiency with tax software such as RIA, CCH IntelliConnect, OneSource, BNA, or Lexis Nexis.
A willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, reflecting your performance and the value you bring. The base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $135,200, with higher ranges for specific metropolitan areas.
Engage with your team in a hybrid model where we expect most professionals in client-facing roles to collaborate in person 40-60% of the time.
