Position Summary :

TheSenior Manager of Business Transformation within our Revenue Cycle organization will report into our Executive Director of Business Process Transformation.
We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional who is excited about finding new ways to help an established and successful department drive further efficiencies and value creation.
The ideal candidate isequally excited about identifying problems / crafting strategies andleading execution of initiatives that drive financialperformance.
This role is intended to be a healthy balance of designing strategy and executingkey projects. The ideal candidate will be equal parts strategist and operator.
This role will be the second hire on a new business process transformation team, so this team member will have an exciting opportunity to shape the strategy and growth of the group.
Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) :
Proactively, and in partnership with Executive Director of Business Process Transformation, identifyproblem areas, and craft and lead initiatives to drive improvement across key revenue cycle metrics
Independently manage the delivery of strategic operations engagements with internal stakeholders including independently developing, managing and owning overall project plans, timelines for key deliverables, and measurement / reporting of outcomes
Build effective relationships with client groups, stakeholders, peers, and athenistas across various levels and departments
Lead analyses, summarize findings, generatePowerPoint and Excel deliverables, and present reports or presentations to service line managers and cross-functional athena leaders
Quantify value of initiatives and ensure initiatives will deliver the expected value
Education & Experience Required :
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
Advanced degree preferred
7+ years of professional experience
Deep healthcare experience with providers, payers, health-tech, or service providers. Direct healthcare revenue cycle experience and health care consulting experience preferred
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated project management skills including project plan development and execution
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills including data analysis and reporting
Ability to travel 10-25% nationwide

Knowledge & Skills :
Excellent communication skills and effective networking with internal and external collaborators
Significant experience presenting to high-level cross-functional leaders
Ability to get up to speed quickly on new topics / business problems, and an excitement to learn more about healthcare delivery and healthcare technology
Comfort working and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Demonstrated ability operating successfully in a matrixed organization, influencing cross-functional teams to achieve desired results
Creatively challenges the status quo to find new ways of working; looks for the opportunities that arise during times of change;
readily adapts to new technologies, processes, roles
Ability to manage numerous detail-intensive, interdependent, and time-sensitive tasks and ensure the accurate completion of the same
Aptitude for reengineering processes, tools and role(s) to improve organizational scalability, efficiency and quality
Thoroughness in tracking numerous, detail intensive tasks while ensuring their completion and accuracy
