Dir Operational Analytics

The Director of Operational Analytics will lead the organization's data-driven decision-making efforts, focusing on operational efficiency, performance improvement, and strategic insights. This role will report directly to the COO and will partner closely with business leaders to transform data into actionable strategies that drive growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by leveraging analytics to identify process improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency gains across all business units.
• Partner with the COO, CFO, CIO, and senior leadership to translate organizational goals into measurable KPIs and actionable insights.
• Lead enterprise performance analytics to monitor operational health, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into operational performance for executive leadership.
• Champion a data-driven culture within operations, ensuring teams use insights to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to align analytics initiatives with business priorities.
• Present clear, actionable recommendations to the COO, CFO, and executive team to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Other duties as assigned.
