SERVPRO of Jonesboro is hiring a Restoration Manager for its Contents Division !

As the Restoration Manager - Contents , you will oversee all aspects of projects and crews ensuring excellent customer service and quality work. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and preparing statements of work utilizing industry specific estimating software.
• Negotiating with customers and / or clients for approval of restoration activities.
• Scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing crews, assets, and subcontractors to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors.
• Reviewing job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
• Maintaining all communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Managing production expenses including labor, equipment, vehicles, and other assets.
• Managing the customer and client experience and overall satisfaction.
• Providing priority response to potential customers, as needed.
• Actively engaging in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.

Pay starts at $40,000 / YR based on experience.
