Automation Engineer (DeltaV)

We provide professional support and expertise in Automation, Manufacturing Systems, and Information Technology, assisting clients in strategy development, concept design, project execution, and lifecycle planning.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of capital automation projects utilizing industry best practices and client-specific business processes.
- Provide support for project scope, deliverables, schedule, and project team coordination for capital expenditure (CapEx) automation projects.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and vendor analysis for General contracting and engineering services, particularly in design-build projects.
- Oversee system integrations and ensure compliance with GMP requirements, EHS&S regulations, and security protocols.
- Coordinate and support engineering and automation design, commissioning, qualification, and QA Validation activities.
- Proactively identify and recommend process and procedure improvements.
- Serve as a representative of the Capital Project Automation group with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering-related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
- Proficiency in Emerson DeltaV Process Control System (PCS).
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and non-GMP project requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours occasionally and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering plans and specifications.
