🌟 Business Development Manager II

📍 Full-Time | Hybrid

💵 Compensation : $81,000–$109,000 base salary

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager II to help drive Imagine IT’s continued growth through strategic market development, relationship building, and innovative sales initiatives. This is a mid-level position designed for professionals ready to take the next step in their business development career—working independently while collaborating across teams to achieve meaningful growth.

🧠 What You’ll Do :

Conduct targeted market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.

Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Lead business development initiatives from concept to close, collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams.

Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations that communicate value and drive results.

Negotiate and close deals with prospective and existing partners.

Track and report on KPIs such as revenue growth, churn mitigation, and client satisfaction.

Mentor Business Development Manager I team members by sharing best practices and insights.

🎯 What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Proven success in developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage complex projects and build cross-functional collaboration.

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and long-term relationship building.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range : $81,000–$109,000

This reflects our good faith estimate of the base salary range for this position, based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined by experience and qualifications.
