Track deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents.  Act as a point of contact between the claims department, external attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and the efficient handling of claims and litigation.  Assist in managing litigation cases, including preparing discovery responses, compiling evidence, and providing support for depositions, hearings, and trials.  Handle administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, depositions, and court appearances.  Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including staying current with any legal changes affecting the insurance industry.  Assist in the negotiation and finalization of settlements by gathering necessary documents, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring proper execution of agreements.    EDUCATION :
