Job Description

As Contracts / Licensing Specialist, this varied role involves responsibilities for :

• Full contract life-cycle, end-to-end, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating new client contracts and contract renewals.
• Assist with new client quotations and attend prospective client pitches to provide guidance on contractual terms alongside the internal business development / sales team and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the contract management system for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams : handling new client Know Your Customer (KYC) on-boarding, working with finance to ensure invoices are issued and handled.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
• Handle contract disputes and work towards timely resolutions.
