Key Responsibilities
Manage 3–5 client accounts in the beauty industry, serving as the primary point of contact.
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 coordinators responsible for sourcing influencers, negotiating deals, and campaign execution.
Oversee influencer discovery, contract negotiations, gifting, and campaign logistics.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance reporting and insights.
Collaborate with clients to refine influencer strategy and ensure KPIs are met.
Ensure accurate and organized data management in
Airtable
Learn and apply
basic task automation skills
(training provided) to streamline processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, Slack, and Airtable
Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment with self-management.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Korean language proficiency or cultural understanding.
Prior experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) is a plus.
