Salary : $59,200-$105,000

UTRS Civil & Environmental Engineering (UTRS CEE), a division of Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Civil / Environmental Engineer to join our team! This Full-Time position will be responsible for Environmental Engineering Design and Consulting on projects for private and public sector clients. This position is in East Stroudsburg, PA.

What will you be doing?

Duties include :

• Design and specification of Water and Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance systems.
• Preparation of Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans.
• Preparation of Environmental Permit Applications including applications for NPDES Sewage Permits, Public Water Supply Permits, Sewage Planning Modules, Highway Occupancy Permits and Delaware River Basin Commission Dockets.
• Construction Administration and Construction Observation.
• Review of Plans on behalf of local Municipalities and Authorities.
