Table Games Dealer Full Time

We are looking for multi-game dealers with smiling faces and exceptional guest service skills.
Job Description :
The Dealer will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
- Maintaining the utmost professional demeanor, language and attire while dealing the game with proficiency and accuracy.
- Providing exemplary service and experience in all interactions with our guests whether on the game or otherwise.
- Creating a fun & memorable gaming experience.
- Understanding and appreciating customer preferences, while adhering to department policies and procedures.
- Creating an open and inviting environment that will entice guests to join the game.
- Maintain integrity of the games at all times while protecting the company assets.
Job Focus :
Focus is on, but not limited to the following :
- Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with all team members and guests.
- Protect the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
- Dealing a good paced game that adjusts with the players to ensure maximum player enjoyment and game efficiency.
- Accurately dealing the games to ensure game integrity.
Desired Qualifications :
- Must have at least 1 year dealing experience in two (2) or more of the following games : Blackjack, Midi Baccarat, Craps, Roulette.
- Game skill sets must be kept up to date and you must be able to deal those games when assigned.
- Must have exceptional guest service skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests, fellow team members, and management.
- A valid Nevada Gaming License is required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
