Operations Processor

At Regions, the Operations Processor performs a variety of operational tasks for a process or function within a line of business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed
• Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work / item to resolution and closure
• Performs tasks that require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers
• Enters transactions into systems and verifies accuracy
• Prepares, edits, distributes, and / or corrects specialized and / or complex documents
• Resolves customer issues using multiple resources and records
• Works under general supervision following established procedures
• Utilizes multiple online systems when necessary

This position is full time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Job Range Target : Minimum : $41,902.50 USD Median : $49,883.40 USD This job is not incentive eligible.
