Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with faculty to design instructional content and assessments aligned with course objectives
Provide training and support to faculty on course design and learning management system tools
Conduct quality assurance reviews and analyze course data for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
1-7 years of relevant experience in instructional design or online course development
Experience using learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard)
Demonstrated knowledge of research-based instructional strategies and multimedia development
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
