Job Title
Lead and facilitate design sessions for ADP Workforce Manager implementation. Provide strategic and operational guidance to external and internal resources. Oversee and evaluate vendor deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Review and validate test cases to ensure system functionality and compliance. Identify and flag workflow issues and recommend process improvements. Support training initiatives across teams to ensure successful adoption. Foster team engagement and motivation throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with unionized hospital teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Skills and Requirements : Experience implementing ADP Workforce Manager (Time and Attendance) within a hospital & unionized environment. Strong understanding of ADP's product suite and implementation methodology. Exceptional organizational and motivational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and external staff.
