As a Security Officer - Hospital Badge Patrol in Monroeville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment, including responding appropriately during emergencies.

Assist in responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure atmosphere for staff, patients, and visitors.

Conduct regular and random patrols inside the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any unusual conditions or concerns.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or patients to address questions and provide security-related assistance as needed.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Vaccinations are required for work in hospital environments.

Ability to work in hospital morgue settings is required.

Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
